Some of the corporate policies kind of put a damper on the experience… if you put your membership on hold, you cannot cancel it while it’s on hold… Etc.

I had the same problems at Crestwood so switched but discovered that many of the instructors are the same. I watched an instructor berate a member because she couldn’t get in the correct position. It was borderline bullying…I felt so bad for her. This instructor teaches many of the classes at both Crestwood and Brentwood. This wasn’t the only incident I witnessed with this instructor and other instructors. I already gave feedback when I switched so I guess the owners and managers don’t care how members get treated. In general the club culture is negative with few people smiling.
