From the start, he has been unable to use the gym during unstaffed hours or access any amenities. Despite multiple visits to the Creve Coeur location for resolution, the issue persists. After a manager's promise to fix it went unfulfilled for over a week, he was ultimately instructed by staff to request a refund and surrendered his gym tag. His refund request was then rejected by customer service, citing his physical visits as justification. Charging for a service that was never rendered is unacceptable. We are now considering to escalate this complaint formally.
