  This gym is absolutely filthy. The sauna should be closed down the staff Cannot keep it cleaned. There is standing water in the sauna.

  The woman checking people in had an attitude. Went for the one time visit, will not be getting a membership.

  Sauna smells musty/moldy. I don’t even see how they have it open at this point. It reeks like Parmesan cheese. I sat in there for maybe a minute and had to leave, I was getting nauseous. You guys fr need to close this thing down or people are going to start dying from inhaling black mold or whatever is making that smell. Get the health inspector in here ASAP.

  My son was sold a "Platinum" membership, explicitly promising 24/7 access and full amenities. From the start, he has been unable to use the gym during unstaffed hours or access any amenities. Despite multiple visits to the Creve Coeur location for resolution, the issue persists. After a manager's promise to fix it went unfulfilled for over a week, he was ultimately instructed by staff to request a refund and surrendered his gym tag. His refund request was then rejected by customer service, citing his physical visits as justification. Charging for a service that was never rendered is unacceptable. We are now considering to escalate this complaint formally.
