- ACA CMar 5, 20262.0It is literally one of the best facilities in St. Louis with the absolute worst Upkeep. Since daylight savings time In the fall, the sauna and steam room have been closed 15 minutes prior to schedule time For safety reasons stated by the lifeguards. However, 15 minutes of their time is not spent cleaning the dirt foam in the Jacuzzi or the dirt ring around the kid waterplay area. Sadly, anticipate an Unsanitary Gym. How will this concern be corrected!?

She has called my kid " crazy"just because a 6 yr old doesnt greet you doesbt make them crazy. This is the 3 time i have to deal with stuff like this with this team. They seem not to leave my kid alone .Especially the night team They seem to be on kids behind: buts. If a kid starts jumping they say stop or i will call your parents. They also give the kids toys / balloons. and expect them not to play/ throw around the toys. They will greet my kid at the childwatch door with hey you were angry will you be angry today. They will offend yor Kid i dont feel oky with leaving my kid here mor than 20 minutes because they will ruin his mood. I dont think they are trained properly. I never leave reviews for anyone but this is too far. Hopefully they can beter themseleves.
