    I was panicking when I realized my hearing aid wasn't working properly.... And I was going out of town. Paul Bax at Audio Nova came to my rescue. He had a full patient schedule but took the time to correct my hearing aid problem. I will be going back to Audio Nova...

    I was having trouble pairing my hearing aids to my new phone. I called Audio Nova and Paul got me in right away. He was able to do the pairing while I waited and I was back on the road 10 minutes later!
