- BSBrandon Shemonia4 days ago5.024/7, kept clean, half the cost most gyms, friendly staff, plently of machines and free weights, locker rooms are clean. Can't ask for much more
- NSNicholas SchabergMar 31, 20262.0This place does not have a sauna, which is a huge disappointment. BUT, they have a “Hydro Lounge” which is a quiet room where you sit in a recliner, basically. This just seems kinda pointless. A sauna would be much more beneficial for clients

There’s no dedicated elliptical machine (just CrossRamps), the lower level smells a bit funky, like it has moisture problems, and they play the music a bit too loud. I’m used to loud music at CF but I really have to crank up my noise cancelling headphones to be able to hear my own music. On the plus side, it has a good-sized locker room.

They also raised the monthly rates again - SUBSTANTIALLY. Don't be fooled by fake rewards this is another high price low effort gym.
