  Dawn Day from Home Instead is a great companion and caregiver! She has taken care of my mom at home, at the hospital and now at the nursing home. She pays attention to my mother's needs and speaks up for her when she has to. She goes above and beyond!

  We have used the services of Home Instead for a couple of months now. My husband has Early Onset Alzheimer’s Disease and I had surgery in November. We are blessed to have a great company of people providing services for us. We are EXTREMELY overjoyed with our caregiver Lauren. She is a very hard worker. She cooks, cleans, and tries very hard to please. She’s funny and fits right in with our family. Thank you Lauren and Home Instead! We look forward to seeing Lauren three days a week. This is the best choice we made for our situation at home. Thankful…Grateful!💜

  We were very pleased with the service and the caregivers. Everyone was very compassionate and so helpful. Really gave us some peace of mind with providing not just care but also companionship. Always went the extra mile and quick to respond to any questions, etc. Would highly recommend.

  Home Instead goes above and beyond to make sure my mom is in good hands and that is peace of mind for me. The gals are very friendly and not lazy at all. The light housekeeping they do is a big relief on me as my mom has forgotten how to do certain tasks and our experience with Home Instead has been excellent and is the relief I needed but mom had to be in good hands and she is with the gals from home instead. Thank you Karly, and Rochelle, and Sabrina. Good luck Karly in school we are going to miss you. Sincerely Tom Dawson....

  My first call to Home Instead was on a Sunday. I was hoping to get care started for my Dad by Tuesday. The on-call scheduler answered the phone at the Liberty office and she was so kind and caring and went above and beyond the call of duty to direct me to Brent at the St. Joseph office. She felt they would be better geographically prepared to care for my Dad in Weston, MO. Brent spoke with me for close to an hour and we set up a plan to meet at my Dad's home on Monday. This was a huge relief for my sister and me to get the ball rolling so quickly. Brent was straight forward and genuine in describing what services would benefit my Dad. The first caregiver started on Tuesday and we have them coming every day from 12-4. There were a few different caregivers until Home Instead found one in the Weston area and my Dad has bonded well with each one. Now he has a couple of 'regulars' and they take home to physical therapy, go for a drive, tidy the house and I am sure they are listening to lots of my Dad's stories. This has been a huge help to my family to know that Dad is being looked after when we cannot be there to check on him every day.
