  Dawn Day from Home Instead is a great companion and caregiver! She has taken care of my mom at home, at the hospital and now at the nursing home. She pays attention to my mother's needs and speaks up for her when she has to. She goes above and beyond!

  We appreciate Home Instead providing a great team of caregivers to provide companionship and care for our mom. She especially connected with Alexa who is dependable, caring and goes beyond expectations to help meet mom's needs. We very much appreciate her and all of the caregivers and staff who have been so compassionate and helpful through every step!

  Jessica from Home Instead has been a blessing to our family as she helps our mom with various tasks each week at a senior living facility; not only does she do the "job" well, but she's built a great relationship with our mom. It's allowed her to stay in a familiar atmosphere even though her kids live out of town. The consistency of care has been especially appreciated. Also, it's been easy to communicate with April and the staff; they are quick to answer emails and phone calls.

  Home Instead has been so helpful in developing a team of at home care for our Mother. From the in home care providers Amy, and Bri, and Cassidy, and others, to Tara the nurse who is so helpful with keeping the prescriptions on point, and April who keeps the schedule handy for the family to review. We have had success in keeping our mother's wish in staying at home as she is aging. Very happy with our decision in choosing Home Instead Providers.

  Home Instead, St. Joseph did a wonderful job taking care of my dad. He was sure he did not want nor need anyone to help him when he was released from the hospital but Kayla and Lauren made him feel so special that he changed his tune. I offered more than once to let Home Instead know that he no longer wanted any caregivers when he would say he didn't know want any help but he would always say no and gloat about not having to do dishes anymore. More than anything appreciate the peace of mind I got knowing that Kayla and Lauren were there when I couldn't be. He very much enjoyed their company and being pampered. My dad recently passed and I will never be able to thank them enough for the love and care they gave him. Thank you Home Instead!!
