    Took my daughter for her appointment in Oct. We needed a prescription for diapers. It is now January 2025 and Sue still hasn't been able to fill out the paperwork correctly. Paperwork has gone back and forth 15+ times!!! Called this morning sat on hold for 47 mins, talked to Sue who laughed and hung up. Called to speak to supervisor to discuss the situation. Amanda called me back had excuses and just repeated what I already knew smh She couldn't be concerned with the situation! This is ridiculous and very unprofessional
