  no one should ever have to come to this place. i visited them on 12/16 last year after i had met my out of pocket max with my insurance. they keep sending me reminders that i owe them ~700 $ when i actually don't owe a penny. and my insurance is pretty standard one i.e. anthem bcbs. how hard is to bill the insurance but they won't do it. they keep demanding money from me. i have called them multiple times but nothing, just more frustration.

  Had an MRI done there for my prostate and if everything went well. The people there are very helpful and friendly.

  The first stage of my terrible experience started with Dr Gravin pushing a spinal cord stimulator made by Boston Scientific it is put in on a seven day trial. On the last day of trial it malfunction and electrocuted me at full power causing a fall that broke my hip. With getting X-ray of hip tech said great news nothing broke. Almost a week later after much pain had to go to SSM hospital in St Charles. By ambulance getting with a smart allec remark for ER Dr what are you doing here Xrays show no break I said do ct. Which showed broken hip. Moving to Dr Shervin which I hear is no longer there did only a partial hip so now I'm seeking compitant surgeon outside SSM to fix it right
