  The physical therapy clinic here is wonderful! I have been to a couple SSM PT clinics and the receptionists at Veteran’s were extremely pleasant and professional. Michaela was very friendly, helpful and great at answering any of my questions. I will request her again should I need to come back(I saw her for a couple months for 2 bulging discs in my neck.) I also want to add that while going I saw quite a few kids being treated by her co-worker and he was so good working with them! In case anyone is looking for someone who is fantastic with kids. (I don’t remember his name, I think Kodi).

  I went there earlier this year was looking for a new primary care physician. Ask if they took CIGNA My insurance and was informed they did. And then later, I made a doctors appointment online for a routine check up . Went there provided my insurance. No one informed me that I was out of network as come to find out they do not take CIGNA plus which is what I have so routine doctors visit. Which would’ve been 100% covered ended up costing me $300. And when I tried contacting them to get them to lower, they inform me it was my responsibility to find out if I was in network every doctors I’ve went to before has always informed me if I was in or out of network. If you choose to go here always ask if they take your insurance I handed all my insurance information and at no point did they say that I was out of network.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. I went here for a few years seeing an endocrinologist. My first one was fired and I can see why she never knew what she was talking about always talked about surgery never gave me any numbers to call. The second Dr.K was the same always talking about surgery and that we start the next time Id have to see her but by then she would forget who I was and everything going on so I would have to explain everything every visit just to get no where. I quit seeing her for awhile because the receptionist is very nasty and refuses to let anyone talk to the Dr or nurse and wants to give out medical advice when she is no where near being a dr of any kind she answers phones and makes appointments. Finally in April Dr.K had me get surgery I got magor surgery had thyroid completey removed then I got a letter saying she wasnt going to be my dr anymore. I called the receptionist was nasty with me AGAIN and said cause I missed my appointment (my husband couldn't call off work and I have kids) and missed two appointments last year so I was kicked out of the program. Why wait till after I have the surgery? I dont drive I dont have a car. Idk what Im going to do now. Wouldn't be the first time SSM Drs killed a patient. Horrible Drs horrible receptionist that has no business giving out medical advise pretty sure she should be fired for that and pretty sure its also illegal!

  Elegi esta clínica por lo cerca que queda de mi casa, pero nunca me e sentido bien. Empecemos por el ridículo tiempo que te hacen esperar, luego la enfermera "Jennifer" siempre me a tratado muy mal, al preguntarle algo a ella siempre me a contestado como si le molestara, ella tiene una personalidad tan desinteresada y grosera para con mi persona, no se si la razón es que soy latina y mi inglés no es como el de ella! La última vez que lleve a mi bebé a su cita después de esperar 1:30 nos atendió una enfermera diferente y aunque tenía bonita personalidad se veía nerviosa como si no supiera que hacer y me preguntaba a mi como hacer las cosas, ella solo repetía que era su primer día. No sabía como abrir un medicamento y le puso dos inyecciones a mi bebé al mismo tiempo luego procedió a abrir las curitas para ponérselas en las piernas 😔 y vi como el medicamento se salia en espera de que ella terminara de abrir las curitas, 'no recuerdo su nombre' Luego el doctor tuvo que arreglar algunas cosas que ella escribió mal. El Doctor de mi hijo parece ser bueno, tiene 5 estrellas, el siempre entra tarde donde mi '30 minutos' y luego ni se disculpa. Me voy de esta clínica y es una lastima porque me queda tan cerca.
