Each instructor brings something a little different and no two classes are the same. Scheduling a class is so easy via the app. and all the Club policies are very clear. I am older and have some health issues and the instructors will always modify a class for me, if needed. My body and mind feel so rejuvenated after each session! I have been able to build strength, tone and improve balance. I would encourage anyone to give it a try. It’s been life changing for me!
- BPBarb St PetersMar 24, 20253.0Instructors are great. Management and customer service, not so much. Cancelled my membership due to having to jump through hoops to get into level 2 classes. Then just trying to get someone to pick up the phone or return a call is like winning the lottery. I had to cancel a class due to my dad being in the hospital. I assume there is no option to get the credit back for another class which costs the studio nothing, and no one even cared to call me back. :(
