I had a very positive experience it was my first time in years. The check in was very easy and efficient. I am a hard stick and sometimes I faint. The phybotolist was extremely kind she took her time and got me on the first poke!

They never answer their phones. They always forget to fax the results to the doctors or the pharmacy. I can't count the amount of times I have gone in and got sat down then told They don't have a order for the labs... appears to be 0 effort and 0 want to do the jobs or tasks that are given. I'm currently looking for alternatives to this lab.

Giving a 1 rating is way too high. This lab is a disaster! Mercy you made a horrible judgment error when letting your lab services go to this bunch. You cannot call and get through to any lab personnel or any other human being to verify that your lab orders are on file before you go, you wait for 1-1/2 hours during a pandemic to finally get your labs done, and the personnel act like they wish you were not there. Don’t go to this lab! RUN the other way! I am considering switching to another hospital system just based on this.

Terrible experience. Been there for my babies routine blood work and both times I’ve been there with my baby they poke her multiple times just to end up with a poke and squeeze of her foot. This last time I told the tech that I saw 3 different tech before I got one that knew how to poke once and get it. She didn’t even listen to what I had to say, she just poke and did not get it. Then needed up doing a sloppy job and squeezing my little babies foot. I just want one person that can get it right the first time or to not even attempt to do it.
