- TCTimothy Chase3 days ago5.0The experience with the eye doctor team was friendly, professional, comfortable and they were patient (while I did the lens flips 1 or 2, 3 or 4 etc) The technology they offer got my prescription on point. I am very happy with them and the process. The associates helped me select the best frames for me and my facial features by offering suggestions, advice and even had other associates offer their opinion when I was stuck between two pairs of glasses. My progressive lens glasses were ready surprisingly quick (ready in four days), and the associates again went above and beyond by fitting the glasses I just purchased and even straightened out my old pair that was twisted in a fall. I am extremely happy with LensCrafters!
