While continuing to work with the three piece system, I have seen results quickly. One of the most helpful reminders I have been given is that this process to heal can take as long as I allowed myself to get to the condition I was in. If you have even contemplated walking into the store, you probably should. It reached a certain point with myself, where I was concerned about being able to be active with my child, and I needed real help. After the first year of wearing only the strengtheners, which is not recommended, they replaced the inserts because I wore them out. Lifetime warranty and they will work with your specific needs. Love yourself...
