The experience in store was great. Sam was helpful and knowledgeable.
However.
My feet hurt, which wasn’t a problem before (I’ve had my inserts over a year) and my hip is still bothering me. Also, my back gets sore after standing only a short while. I’m sure it’s old age, partially, but it wasn’t an issue before. Living two hours away doesn’t help. It’s tough to get up there. I’ll have to get hold of them and see what we can do.
I should mention that I’ve had these inserts for over a year, and I’ve loved them. Kept me out of the chiropractor’s office. Most all of these problems have just showed up in the last few months. I have done problems with the balls of my feet which may be due to new inserts. I’m sure there’s something that can be done to solve the issues. At least, I hope so.

I can’t even begin to describe how much they helped me! Not only with balance, but my gait was so bad, I felt lame! This is NOT a shoe store- this system has improved my quality of life! Doctors couldn’t help me- but the Good Feet store did!!!

The girl that helped me was upbeat and positive at first. But then once she showed me the price, she transitioned into high pressure tactics that left me feeling hugely disappointed. She was not concerned with my pain at all. She was concerned with getting a sale.
She used guilting tactics like saying that my husband wouldn’t be upset with me if I spent the $2K without him knowing.
Horrible experience.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet Arch Supports differ from generic inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible support designed to correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief that generic insoles typically do not provide.
Can arch supports help if I wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, foot pain often stems from the foot's mechanics rather than the shoes. Proper arch supports stabilize the foot to minimize or alleviate pain caused by common foot problems.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home on the same day of purchase?
Yes, customers aged 6 and older can take their fitted arch supports home the same day, as the store keeps a full inventory in stock.
