- JPJulia PopeNov 5, 20254.0This is my first gym. I came in unknowledgeable and timid. I have bad social anxiety, but after a few months I do feel much better here. The gym is kept very clean. Lots of cardio machines and a good selection of weight machines. Some of the machines need TLC. The atmosphere can feel very much like you are being judged. Hard to describe. Just a lot of high school energy. Every actual conversation I have had has been friendly. It is the gossiping and whispers that are less so. I will keep coming to this gym and update my review after a while. I am committed to it because of the location. Thank you for all your hard work in keeping it clean!

They have a good ice cold selection of electrolyte filled drinks, great television selections to watch while working out, and full of happy and heal energy! My money was well spent buying a monthly membership there! Thanks!
