  I’ve been popping into the GNC next to the post office here in Springfield, and let me tell you, it’s a bit of a mixed bag but mostly positive. The staff here is generally a friendly bunch and really know their stuff—I've had some fantastic chats about which supplements suit my goals. That said, there have been a few hiccups. During peak hours, it feels like the staff is stretched thin, and I've had to wait longer than I’d like for assistance. Also, the store layout could use a bit of streamlining—sometimes it feels like I’m on a treasure hunt to find what I need. On the upside, the variety of products is top-notch, and the location is super convenient. There’s something reassuring about knowing I can pick up my protein powder right after mailing out a package. Overall, it's a solid spot for your supplement needs, just be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy times. Definitely worth a visit!

  The store is the worse attention I been a customer for more than 5 years not a problem i love the brand but this location is a same, the guy there said that they cant take returns ,I explain that lost my wallet and he can gave me a gift card or credit store but not a chance to do anything if this is a store with GNC brand must get professional people to work there.
