Went in today and was told that is only good for 11 months. Just had my aids serviced in November. Was not offered an upgrade. Was told they’d take mine on trade. Give me 1100 for them. A year ago they cost me 5600. The difference would be be 5100 today. I asked if they did up grade what would be difference was told 800. Their lack of notifications and customer service cost me $4300. What a racket they have going. I can buy a lot of Nano hearing aids on line for 4300. I will never believe the hype from Miracle Ear again
- JHJudy HaltermanSep 21, 20205.0Spoke with Dallas today at Miracle Ear in Sedalia, Mo the best experience for getting hearing aids I've ever had, she was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and best person to deal with, and also the insurance ladies that set up my insurance was Colleen and Rebecca they new exactly what they were doing and got me all set up to get my hearing aids Thursday. If u hearing aids or know someone that does look them up they are great. Miracle Ear in Sedalia Mo. Got my hearing aids today, fast service Colleen called me yesterday to let me know they were in and got in at 9:45 this morning Dallas set up my hearing aids and showed me how to do everything I needed to know about them, and even set up my phone to control the volumn and to change the settings and what is great is the ringing in my left ear has already decreased thats just in coue hours, im very pleased with the rechargable hearing aids and the price and she helped me pick out the peal white colored ones to match my hair. I cant say enough about how friendly and helpful Dallas and Colleen and Rebecca are, great place to go thank you all
