My experience was at their Chesterfield location, but they are all owned by the same owner. This guy, quite literally, charged me $2200 for services not rendered/product not delivered. I provided all proof of it to him. He claims I signed up for an "auto-pay" feature, and yet even on the paperwork he provided you will find that no AutoPay option/frequency was selected. He still refused to refund me. There are a million different clinics out there that offer these services; find a different one. Look at their one star reviews and you will find they've done similar things to MANY people. They also had a massive issue where they would tell individuals that their insurance provider would cover their blood work. When the insurance company refused, the customer would be stuck with bills for thousands of dollars. I only know this as a good friend of mine was stuck with a massive bill -- and once again -- if you read the reviews -- you will find it has happened to many others. I cannot tell you enough to avoid this company at all costs.
