We Were Warmly Greeted by Billie who checked me in, asked relevant questions and explained the lens refill procedure and offered other relevant information. Very nice and friendly and I felt well cared for in a reasonable amount of time.

Bought several pairs of glasses at this store last year and needed pretty extensive adjustments after an accident. Went in today and Abigail was thorough, effective and an absolute delight to work with. Five starts is not enough for this store, and Abby in particular.

Basically, Krista helped me with my glasses because I wasn’t fully sure about them. She knew more about how they should fit and what looked good, so she gave me her opinion and helped me decide. It wasn’t anything deeper than that—she was just being helpful. I appreciated it because glasses are something you wear every day, and her advice made it easier to choose the right ones.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
