Had to give blood this morning, Kaelah was who helped me. From the very beginning she was very polite and professional and explained everything great. Thanks Kaelah for making this a very smooth process!!

I will be choosing a different location next time. Extremely rude . I was there very early so it’s not like it was a long bad rough day for this phlebotomist. You could tell she hated her job or just didn’t like me . She was very nasty to me. Made me extremely uncomfortable and that ultimately made my blood draw terrible. I’m not used to that. I usually get very nice ladies who make me comfortable and barely feel it ! This was not cool. I work in the medical field as well and would never treat someone like this lady treated me. I would have just left
but needed these labs more than letting that woman ruin every appt I have for the rest of the week.

I had a confirmed online appointment from a text I received from Quest. I checked in on my mobile phone and waited in the waiting room. Two groups of people were called ahead of me. So I thought I'll check on the kiosk and it said I had no appointment. I checked all my information to confirm that I was correct... address, date, time.... The male employee that came out next... I asked if he could check on my appointment. He said no not until after I finish with this client. I said well I had an appointment at 9:00 and he said not until I finish this appointment. This was at 9:25. I asked the next lady to check and she looked on my phone and she said my appointment was at 9:00 and it's 9: 30.... that's because I was waiting this whole time for you all to call me. She said give me a minute and within a minute the next lady called my name. The lady who performed my test was extremely pleasant and apologetic of my missed appointment time. Because of this lady I might consider coming back to this location. I've never had an issue with Quest before this.

I’m absolutely terrified of needles and getting poked, but Meka made the entire experience incredibly quick and painless. I truly cannot recommend her enough. I didn’t feel a thing—just the rubber band around my arm, and that was it.
If you’re afraid of needles like I am, or if you’re bringing a child in, Meka is amazing. She is so kind, gentle, and wonderful at what she does. Highly recommend!

Would rate negative 5 stars if possible.
Arrived at 9:30 on a Saturday as a walk in, I understood i may have a long wait, but had no choice as no appointments were available when my Dr sent me in and Saturday is the only day I can go do to work constraints. At 12:15 I was told no walk ins would be seen because they were behind.
That is unacceptable to waste nearly 3 hours of my Saturday to be told I wont be seen. Even the license office understands that if youre in the lobby at close you should be taken care of. This is more than just incompetent, it is unethical to do this to people needing medical testing.
Frequently Asked Questions About Quest Diagnostics
What do I need to know before I arrive at a Quest Patient Service Center?
Please be aware that when you visit a Quest Patient Service Center:
• Scheduled appointments are strongly encouraged and will receive priority. Please arrive and check in 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you check in more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be served as a walk-in.
• If you walk in, you will have to wait for the next available opening.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Scheduled appointments are strongly encouraged and will receive priority. If you walk in, you will have to wait for the next available opening.
Should I be fasting?
Fasting before a blood draw means you don’t eat or drink anything except water. If your test requires it, don't forget to fast for 8-12 hours before your appointment. If you’re not sure, contact your doctor's office. To learn more about how to prepare for your test, visit QuestDiagnostics.com/patients/get-tested/prepare/fasting for additional fasting information.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please arrive and check in 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you check in more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be served as a walk-in.
You should bring the following to your appointment:
•A lab order from your doctor. If your doctor did not give you a paper order, check with them to see if they sent it electronically.
•Photo identification listing your first name, last name, and date of birth (for example, a driver's license, government issued photo ID, Passport, or Green Card).
•Current health insurance information.
•Credit, debit, or health savings card. You will be asked to preauthorize payment for any balance due after your insurance is billed.
It’s important to also know if your test requires fasting the day before and/or morning of your appointment. Your healthcare provider should have indicated this on your lab order or during your visit. Learn more about fasting before a lab test.
Note: Childcare is not available and the waiting area is not attended. Some testing protocols, such as drug screenings or pre-employment screenings, have strict rules which do not allow children to accompany the patient during sample collection. If you have questions about your testing protocols, please contact your healthcare professional or employer for additional information.
How do I check in when I arrive?
Sign in using the Check-in kiosk, or if not available, sign the clipboard at the front desk. Please be prepared to present a valid photo ID and insurance information. Be sure to mark the reason for your visit when signing in.
If you were unable to preregister ahead of time, and would like to do so, you may be able to complete the registration process if you arrive a few minutes early at a Quest Patient Service Center that has a Check-in kiosk. When you check in with your mobile number, you may be asked if you want to complete the registration process on your smartphone while you wait.
My doctor told me they would send over an order. Do you have it?
If your doctor said they would send us the order electronically or via fax, there is no need to confirm that we have the order. If we do not have the order, we will call the doctor to obtain it when you arrive at our Quest Patient Service Center. To prevent delays, be sure to visit our location during your doctor’s office hours or obtain a copy of your order from your doctor.
How soon after my visit will my doctor receive my lab test results?
Turnaround times for test results can vary. If you have a MyQuest account, your test results will be delivered to your account as soon as they are available. This can take 2-5 business days from the time the sample is received, depending on your test.
You should always follow up with your doctor to discuss your results.
