  I felt ill as if I was getting flu symptoms and went to Urgent care and was given antibiotics and felt better instantly when I took the 2 pills immediately. No long wait and attentively seen. Love it, my place to go until I can see my primary Dr. Thank you so much 💓

  I recently visited this urgent care and my experience was very similar to another review I saw posted here. While I personally was not dealing with pain during my visit, the doctor’s attitude and tone were extremely unpleasant. He spoke in a rude, dismissive way that made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. When patients come to urgent care, they expect to be treated with basic respect and kindness. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. The way the doctor communicates with patients comes across as irritated and condescending rather than supportive or caring. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering another urgent care if you have the option. Patients deserve to feel respected and comfortable when seeking medical care.

  My blood pressure was high days prior 196/112 and at my own fault I refuse to keep taking meds that don’t fix my problem. So in an emergency situation I went home and got my old meds . This got my pressure manageable I sent a refill prescription to my primary who I need to change because he’s never available and they denied my request because I first needed to be seen on June 18 for my wellness check.So I went to urgent care Dr. Daniel Bekele and he denied what was prescribed as well basically saying this is my fault because I don’t take my medication (Lisinopril and Amlodipine) He prescribed me the Amlodipine, basically half the medication.And gave me a lecture…. I wasted my time coming here I should have went to the urgent care that saw my high blood pressure numbers. Just a longer wait time. North side has bad service and the equipment, chairs, the building just not up to par. So here you go Dr. Daniel Bekele. Thanks for nothing.
