Horrible customer service and very poor professionalism. I will not be returning. Please, do better. Without customers, you all wouldn’t have jobs!

Poor customer service, they called me to reschedule my appointment due to snow storm. Then cancelled my appointment 2 hrs before saying I did not confirm via text. When I called they told me that I could come at 3:40pm, Dr Mike himself came out to talk to me at 3:34pm saying that I did not understand their cancellation policy that was never communicated(after speaking several times). The doctor attempted to lecture me instead of do my exam. Sad

I want to give a shout-out to Toia at LensCrafters for outstanding work and true craftsmanship. She fitted new lenses into a pair of frames — and handled them with incredible care and skill. The frames held up beautifully, the lenses look great, and the attention to detail really showed. You can tell she knows her craft and takes pride in doing things the right way. Customer-facing work like this often goes unnoticed, but it shouldn’t. Toia absolutely lives up to the LensCrafters standard of caring for your vision, and I hope her great work is recognized by her leadership. An eyewear specialist who really knows how to bring things into focus. 😁

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
