He took the time to walk me through their rewards program and made sure I was fully signed up, even using their in-store system to clearly explain how it works. He did a great job breaking down how regular purchases can turn into real savings over time, without any pressure or salesy feel.
Zach was friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful — exactly the kind of employee you want representing your store. I hope his manager or regional team sees this, because he’s doing a great job and sets the standard for customer service.

Arrived to pick up my online order at 6:30pm when the store's posted hours say they're open until 7:00pm. Lights are on but gates are closed. No note or anything. Called the store as well but no one answered. I'm sure this isn't how GNC corporate wants their stores ran.
