- JTJohnny ThomasOct 29, 20255.0I can give only praise for the entire staff of Carondelet Park Dental Care. I arrived for my 0900 scheduled appointment at 0850. From the time I was greeted outside in the rain and offered space under a breaking employee’s umbrella to enter the building, to being greeted (by name mind you) and told by the receptionist that she had already checked me in. I sat in the lobby for 3 minutes and was escorted to the exam room. Introductions were made and my dental history was gone over thoroughly. I was informed that I needed a new set of X-rays. We went over and corrected my dental chart to update my meds. X-rays done and the cleaning began. It was quick and painless. With no issues whatsoever and plenty of TLC. In came DDS Marc Boivin who again addressed me by name and inquired about my children whom he remembered were away at college in VA. He quickly assessed my teeth made suggestions and bid me farewell. My point is that you get personalization at this family dentist. You get treated as if you’re apart of that family. Thanks Doc and staff for always making me feel welcomed and appreciated. Say hello to DDS Greg for me sir.
