Be wary and advocate for yourself when you come here! I came here to get my cracked tooth evaluated and repaired in November. Dr. Boivin (The bald one, I apologize I don’t remember his first name but I believe his name is Marc) did a filling, it was doing fine until it cracked not even 3 months after getting it. I told them I needed to come back to get it evaluated again and he did another filling ( I will give credit where it’s due, they respond promptly after hours and WILL try to squeeze you in and do what they can, they will sometimes even stay after to help). About 3 weeks later I was experiencing the most excruciating pain from sensitivity, pain so bad I could not function. His brother did a pulpotomy and he looked at my XR and said the filling was too close to my nerve. Came back for a root canal and was in severe pain during the procedure, they left a hole in my tooth after the pulpotomy that had the worst smell during the attempted root canal. I was crying from pain and the dental hygienist and Dr. Boivin did not seem to care to explain what was going on or even give some reassurance, I really think it’s important for a dentist to explain what’s going on during a procedure because it’s very intimidating because you can’t see what’s going on. Usually he does explain but there seemed to be some weird things going on, the hygienist also looked like she didn’t know what she was doing which was scaring me and she was kind of rude, maybe she was having an off day. She scooted in a chair next to me during the procedure and hit her knee on my shoulder and didn’t apologize. She asked me if I took pain meds before I came after Dr. Boivin said I needed antibiotics. I didn’t but I called them weeks prior to ask them if there was anything I needed to do before the root canal and they told me no, they said the hole in my tooth was fine with the cotton pellet and that any pain management was done during the procedure. I am very disappointed because I saw good reviews but I guess I’m the rare occurrence that didn’t have a good experience. Now I’m going through painful and expensive dental issues when I should have just gotten a root canal from the very start. Endodontics wise, I’m not sure if I’d recommend them but this was my experience personally. You could very well have a better experience.

Called to see if the dentist is currently accepting new patients and the receptionists asked if I had insurance. I said yes, then she said well we require a $75 deposit to see patients. You will get it back IF your insurance covers the visit. I have never heard of putting down a deposit on to see a dentist. That’s a questionable business practice.

You know , they were very kind , very professional, the only issue I have is.. its been june of July of last year that I got false teeth. It took about 6 months to get them in my mouth, but they still don't fit. They're not made right the bottom, even with the glue to hold them in my mouth, they still move around. They should have took off the gum and saying the gum down instead of putting the teeth down the gums too big so i've been toothless all year. I got tired of taking a lift back and forth and they did the same thing , i paid close 9 hundred dollars. Not counting my ride back-and-forth.Yes, they did.Help me with 60dollars towards my ride.. But it was getting ridiculous.Just having another appointment to cost me more money. When nothing different was changing , but I did like manners and their kindness. Just.\nDidn't like thee results of the teeth that do not fit me a waste of my money&time..

I had an excellent experience at Carondelet Park Dental Care! I was in desperate need of a new dentist and a cleaning/check-up, and they helped me (on New Year's Day no less) get scheduled for an appointment. I expected to have to wait months, but they fit me in within a few weeks! Everyone was very friendly and communicative, and they had me in and out in an hour. I highly recommend Carondelet Park Dental Care!
