They were so very caring! Detailed to make sure my hubby and I got the best medicines we needed to get better! Also, very prompt! Never going to urgent care at Kisker road. They didn't check my throat..ears...nothing. they basically asked me what I needed. Weird.

Monica and Keisha were very kind and got me in and out within a reasonable time. Front desk staff were easy to work with also. Caught that my insurance on file was incorrect and got it fixed. Hopefully I start feeling better soon.

The nurses and NP were amazing but let’s face it, incompetence is running amok these days. If you have a long wait but nobody in the waiting room, you don’t have a long wait, you have lazy, incompetent people. Totally empty waiting room and hours of waiting was an issue but the staff was so good and nice I wasn’t going to do a review. Then, I had to call in because I remembered that I carry something that’s resistant to the antibiotics prescribed. They should’ve asked. They should’ve done a culture too. I decided to do a review after a call back from a very condescending individual. I couldn’t get a full sentence out and she had decided before calling me that she was going to do nothing. She also was willing to be rude and condescending to achieve that goal. So I’ll likely end up in an ER when my lungs fill up with MRSA bacteria. Overall the people who provide care here are great but there’s obvious administrative or organizational issues. How do you not have any rooms in the back when you have nobody in the waiting room and people are coming out? Incompetence. If you have time to wait and you don’t mind corresponding with very rude people, you’ll love this place. Go, wait hours and then call them the following day, call them with a question about the meds they gave and diagnosis they gave. A very uppity lady will call you back. She’ll try to sound smart and she’ll try to use professional jargon to make you feel like you aren’t keeping up. Unfortunately for her she’d have to get up way earlier to get ahead of me.

Do not go here! SSM Shame on you and save your generic automatic response. Why are we charging for emergency visit when it’s clearly written and advertised as an urgent care.
