  Still sitting here and everyone seems careless! The front desk lady was kind of rude!

  Got an appointment for 2:30pm Was there at 2:20 pm . Was not admitted to see a nurse until 3pm . She took the Covid and Flu test and no one came back for another hour and half!!!!!!! Horrible service !!!

  Called the urgent care (35 min) and they never picked up. So I go there. I was told another area gets their calls.🙄 I was prescribed 3 days instead of 5 days of meds which would land on a Friday. Of course couldn’t get through the doc or the urgent care so went in Saturday and was told I would have to go through the testing and pay for the visit yet again. By the way posting full names really? Maybe everyone should post their names.

  Took my granddaughter here as she was not feeling to well. The Doctor and the staff where so kind and made the process very smooth.

  The time was 7:17 when I pulled in the parking lot and when I got there someone came out and said they are not seeing anyone else for the night. Mind you, I spoke with the receptionist before even getting there to make sure I could bring my son to be seen so I didn’t waste my time and could’ve went somewhere else but the receptionist told us yes, we close at 8:00. If they are in such a rush to get home then they should change their hours from 8pm to 7 or 6pm since they are never open until 8 anyways!!
