  They will charge you $200 for your annual checkup by making up "analysis" that was never done.

  I've been to many health care facilities in my day and I have to salute the whole building after my experience today. Friendly, fast and efficient. Top notch all the way!!.. PROPS!!!

  I have been waiting a week and a half for my FMLA papers to be done after seeing the Doctor the deadline is Monday to have them in. They told me to make an appointment to have them filled out. I had an appointment. They told me they would be done the same day. They still are not done nor the next day and they just keep telling me to wait. They also told me they lost them.I have attached them in my chart twice and faxed them over twice I'm in and out of hospital and cannot I be off work without them? I'm sick and they will not fill out my papers
