  Elm Dental Care was very proficient with advance phone calls and emails days before my appointment to remind me and explain the planned procedure along with my out-of-pocket cost (not covered by my insurance plan). The receptionist quickly checked me in, and the wait time was very short. The dental hygenist (Jamie) was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and "gentle" while probing around my teeth and gums. The dentist (Dr. Leutchmann) was also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional as he reviewed and confirmed the hygenist's report in my presence. Overall, the appointment was very pleasant, painless and as short as possible. Afterwards, the administrator scheduled my next (2) convenient pariodontal maintenance appointments for the remaining year, as recommended by the hygenist - couldn't be happier!
