Having not been a patient prior to this (and being in the middle of COVID), my hopes were not high of being seen immediately - I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong! Not only did I get in the same morning as a result of the staff working me into the schedule, i had the pleasure of being being treated by Dr. LaPoint and his excellent support team. Can’t speak highly enough of the experience. Was so impressed that I am not scheduled with them for my routine/maintenance eye health.

The receptionist responded, I'm sorry but you can't use our restroom. I am a 72 years old female. Of course, my need was urgent. I was totally humiliated in the presence of at least 15 patients. I told the receptionist that I couldn't make it any further. She said, I am sorry. I had on n N95 Mask. I didnt understand the harm. 😪
