Having worked with Dr. Kadlac professionally many years ago, I was so happy to find that she associated with such a wonderful group of people, I was truly impressed. From the front desk staff, the amazing vision care tech who was an absolute pleasure to work with, and Dr. Kadlac every moment was exemplary, I felt cared about by the staff vs being on the medical assbly line that you find at most of the Health Care Factories in St Louis. This was a Blessing in my opinion! Care, Honesty and Respect

The receptionist responded, I'm sorry but you can't use our restroom. I am a 72 years old female. Of course, my need was urgent. I was totally humiliated in the presence of at least 15 patients. I told the receptionist that I couldn't make it any further. She said, I am sorry. I had on n N95 Mask. I didnt understand the harm. 😪
