  I switched from neighborhood Walmart to Kroger thinking it would be better and boy was i wrong. I WILL now be switching back to Walmart for good. Last time I tried picking up my meds I was in the car line to get my medicine and they turned drive thru off once I had already waited forever. Today I wait outside at the window she tells the lady in front of me who is clearly disabled to move aside so she can had the medicine over to the lady that just came through the drive thru. That lady mentioned she came at 1245 and they already closed up for lunch upsetting her(their lunch is scheduled 1-130) Once I get to the window she tells me she has to take drive thru now I ask her if it would be quicker going inside because I am in a rush she shrugs her shoulders. I walk in and see the 2nd girl that works the 2nd inside med station is now talking to the drive thru girl they are looking at me whispering about idk what and then that girl walks off and doesn't come to her station to help me and outside window girl turns around to start helping people outside again so I walk back outside and she tells me to hold on again for what idk she wasn't helping anyone anymore. They made me late for my appointment and refused to give me a med list when I had to call and ask for it because I ran out of time waiting on help

  My 3 year old daughter had antibiotics called in after hours. I called the next day and they said it wouldn’t be ready until 2:00. Then the pharmacist hung up on me because I questioned why they couldn’t have it done quicker. Terrible customer service.

  The staff here is always working hard to get things done. They have been under-staffed for a long while, but they keep working hard. Even when some customers are rude or highly upset, they handle it with calmness.

  The pharmacy needs to stop hiring young teenagers. They are disrespectful to customers and careless with the medications.
