  We recently got hearing aids for my step-dad from Miracle-Ear in Poplar Bluff, and overall it’s been a positive experience worth sharing for anyone considering hearing help. From the start, the staff here were friendly, welcoming, and professional, taking the time to explain the hearing evaluation and what the different hearing aid options offered. They made sure we understood how the devices work and helped tailor the settings based on his specific hearing needs, something that made a big difference in how comfortable he feels wearing them. The follow-up appointments were thorough and patient-focused, which we really appreciated. But for us, the overall care, professionalism, and personal attention we received from this Poplar Bluff location made a real difference in his life!

  My husband recently got his hearing aids from Miracle-Ear, and it has truly been life-changing for both of us. From the very first appointment, the staff was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my husband felt comfortable and confident in his decision. The difference in his hearing has been amazing. He can now follow conversations easily — even in restaurants and during family gatherings, which used to be really difficult for him. The sound quality is natural and clear, and the hearing aids are so comfortable he often forgets he’s wearing them. What I love most is seeing his confidence come back. He’s more engaged, less frustrated, and no longer has to constantly ask people to repeat themselves. It has truly improved our everyday life. We are so grateful to Miracle-Ear for their professionalism, care, and support. If you’re considering hearing aids, I highly recommend giving them a visit — it was one of the best decisions we’ve made.

  Brought my great aunt in for her appointment. The staff was super friendly, Jackie was amazing she helped me with all mine and my aunts questions. Made it very easy to get everything taken care of!
