- MJMariella JesseNov 2, 20232.0First time with this office. Exam went well for my husband but then they charged us for lens fitting without any explanation or disclosure. He was simply given his new lenses to put in. He has been wearing lenses for the last 40 years so not sure what “fitting “ was going on exactly. When I inquired about it, they simply said, this is what we charge if you wear contacts. So you have no choice basically. And insurance doesn’t pay for it. I wonder is it because it’s not necessary ?

Recent visit...was awful...I had something in my eye. Dr Bell brought me back...looked around in my eye and said he didn't see anything. I had him look again because it hurt..he had moved it around, while trying to observe. Only tried 1 time to get it out, threw me a bottle of some eye flush and basically told me good luck. It hurt forever that day and the drops didn't work...I decided to go to a different dr.and she removed it for me and luckily it didn't scratch my eye.
