SSM Health Urgent Care in O'Fallon, Missouri is conveniently located on the first floor of the outpatient center with onsite full-service imaging, lab and a prescription center. The Urgent Care is located off Hwy. 40 and the Winghaven exit, on the edge of the Streets of Caledonia neighborhood. Our location offers easy access to care for residents in O'Fallon, Lake Saint Louis, Defiance and New Melle. We accept patients of all ages.

My wait time was short, and the staff was both professional and friendly. Dr. Monte took excellent care of me after I cut my hand. He explained each step of the treatment, eased my fears, and was incredibly kind, conversational, and down-to-earth. It made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you to Dr. Monte and the entire team for your time, patience, and compassion. Your care is truly appreciated and does not go unnoticed.
- JCJacob CappsOct 22, 20251.0Terrible experience. Charged Urgent Care copay before receiving any treatment, then when I did get checked out I was referred to ER as they were unable to help me. Then today I received bill charging it as ER visit. Not only had I already paid Urgent Care copay, they want to justify further cost billing it as an emergency room visit when no care was received. Charted information on my health was also incorrect. Despicable behavior, that taints my views of SSM as a whole. Especially considering how my wife was treated on the phone attempting to rectify the situation. Avoid this place at all costs.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, we got in right away. The Tech was great, put my daughter at Ease immediately and the Nurse Practioner was Amazing.
