  I live near this facility so I have been there several times. I have always been treated with compassion and kindness. The staff is always kind and caring. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me. I have seen the NP at their urgent care, also I have had imaging done there and I will continue to use their facility in the future.

  Don’t go see m:D SPELL Dawn Spell instead of helping she likes to just send people To the er when she could have not been lazy and just had an ultrasound put out for me. These doctors truly suck

  THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC! JACOB, who did my CT scans was EXTREMELY kind, patient, compassionate, understanding, and helped out my mind at ease, and helped me walk back to the waiting room with my balance issues! Upon walking into the facility a nice lady saw I was lost and TOOK THE INITIATIVE to ask me where I was going and walked my dad and I to the CT radiology area. Then when walking out to the car, I saw a lady walk in the doors with a car seat. We get outside there is a random pink blanket that someone had dropped. I was going to pick it up and bring it to the information desk but BEFORE I could one of your workers had walked outside to retrieve it to go and give it to the lady. She didn’t want that lady and her infant baby out in the cold. NOW THAT IS COMPASSION, AND AMAZING CARE! I flew from Kentucky to get these CT SCANS AND I AM GLAD I DID! Thank you to these medical workers for your kindness, taking initiative to help us patients out, and being patient and understanding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION 10/10 and the place is beautifully done and IMPECCABLY CLEAN! Hope someone from the administration office gives you all kudos! You all deserve it! Thank you to everyone who assisted me and other patients today. A SPECIAL SINCERE THANK YOU TO JACOB from CT SCAN! You went ABOVE AND BEYOND and I’m so grateful. SSM Health is lucky to have you! Take care of him SSM HEALTH and please nominate him for a Daisy or the equivalent in the radiology world! Thank you!

  Also attempted to schedule over the phone. I talked to a person at the 10th min and was put back on hold and I hung up at the 28th min

  Scheduling stinks. Patients who are enduring physical stress made to wait. If lunch is more important, then don't schedule at lunchtime.
