  Urgent care has poor customer service. Went in and got a strep test. Nobody has called with results, but want us to pay the bill.

  I cannot recommend this practice enough! We have seen multiple providers and have had amazing experiences each time. The nursing staff is quick and efficient when rooming patients. The providers are all very attentive and receptive during our visits. We also love the new building! The separate newborn waiting area is an added bonus that put me at ease as mom of a newborn during sick season. I am thankful to have this team of providers to take care of my son!

  Yesterday we took my son into the office due to him having a rash on his face and a low grade temperature. When we were brought back to a room by an individual who, I am assuming was a tech and praying wasn’t a nurse, she only weighed him; she didn’t take so much as a temperature on him. I didn’t think much of it as I am perfectly capable of taking my child’s vital signs and had done so about three times before brining him in, so I didn’t say anything (mind you, I am an RN). Anyways, I loggin to mychart later that day & noticed there were vital signs charted on him. I called the office this morning to confirm that the vitals signs I was seeing were from his appointment yesterday and not from a previous appointment somehow. They confirmed that the individual did infact chart vital signs on him. I did contact the office manager and let her know that there is an individual in the office who is falsifying vital signs and was told it would be taken care of. I am just so disappointed that this happened, as this is not what SSM stands for. Vital signs are an essential piece of your assessment on a sick individual. Falsifying this information is just flat out dangerous and affects your child’s treatment plan on a multitude of levels. As for me, I will no longer be taking my child to that office.

  I love the doctors and nurses but can you please update your hours on the website! I just drive 30 minutes because it said you were open

  The doctor never told my daughter what to give the kids over the counter. So they been coughing all night. The only thing said was let it run it's course. Nothing else that's it. I know you have to buy these over the counter.one would think the doctor would tell a parent what to give them but you guys dont
