  I had great experience here and highly recommend. I love that they can get me in same days most times and are very responsive.

  The doctors here were nice and professional, BUT a certian nurse who handled the injection jammed the needle into my wife’s arm so hard that it caused immediate pain and even bleeding. Politeness doesn’t excuse careless technique. This was completely unprofessional, and we left very disappointed with the level of care on this.

  Horrible place. They allow medical assistants like this one named cadence to deny people treatment. Days after giving birth under their care they refused to treat my uti. See screen shots. Last UTI I had my primary also with Ssm at the time took 4 days to give me an antibiotic, again followed advice of a medical assistant named Taylor. Do not go to ofallon office. After I complained I was fired for sending too many messages about my UTI. their staff stalks me on linkedin that day. then a month later the office manager named Cecily there in ofallon calls my husbands primary who I was trying to see at a different facility to bad mouth me for sending too many messages. That office manager calls me and yells at me for sending too many messages and not do do that at her facility or she will fire me too!! . Medical assistants do not have any real education or training and should not be allowed to recommend treatment or deny treatment. The way the ofallon office operates is dangerous and after the scolding of the other office manager I have had it. Can you people please stop stalking me and calling me? I didn’t hurt anyone. I just wanted treatment. Please stop

  My wife had a doctor appointment. Every time we came here we were waiting for about an hour before the doctor come in to see us. She seemed rushed throught appointmnets when she came in to see my wife. and it was over in about 10 minutes. People at the appointment desk does not seem they care their customers either I came in to make an appointment for my wife and had requested an interpreter she told me she would take care of it then when we showed up for the appointment they said the interpreter was not there because they did not get it set up and they were thinking about reschedule her appointment but then they got me approved to interpret for her. The whole experience is stressful. Very disappointed!!! There got to be a better place than this!
