  Amy's approach to nutrition is different than any other program I've used in the past. Her focus is on me as a person and what habits I can create to achieve my nutrition goals. It is not a "don't eat this" or "only eat that" approach. We all know we should eat healthier and move more, but this is the first time I've felt empowered to do so and to ensure long-term success thanks to the strategies that Amy has helped me to implement. I highly recommend Amy and Meraki to anyone as part of their health and wellness journey.

  I’ve been working with Amy as my nutrition coach for several months and it has been incredibly helpful for my weight loss and muscle-building journey. The accountability she provides, along with the Health Steps Nutrition app, has made a huge difference. Amy has spent a lot of time helping me work through hurdles that previously made it difficult to lose weight, and the mindset coaching has been just as valuable as the nutrition guidance. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in helping her clients succeed. Highly recommend!

  I have been going for about 3 years. I have had physical therapy and belong to the legends group (senior citizen) when I started Meraki, I Was on a kidney transplant list with all the workout that I had. It helped me to get off the list. With amy the Owner and Is a physical therapist she has you covered from relieve your pain and get exercise.the cross fit work out changes daily. All the coaches have been trained and certified CrossFit instructors. I recommend transformation life 180 your needs would be.

  After just four or five sessions with Amy, my entire outlook on my physical health has changed. I came in dealing with numbness in my arm and serious mobility issues, feeling discouraged and assuming this was just part of getting older. Now I realize that isn’t true. With a few simple adjustments to my habits and movement, I’m already feeling better and much more hopeful about the future. I was nervous at first — worried I’d be judged, pushed too hard, or upsold into expensive programs. Instead, I found the exact opposite. Meraki For Life in OFallon is welcoming, supportive, and incredibly down-to-earth. It feels like a real community, not a big corporate gym where you’re just another number. You see real people here — all ages, all body types, all working to get healthier while juggling real life. I was referred by a friend and also a family member, and now I completely understand why. This place truly cares about its members, and it shows every time you walk through the door. I’m grateful there are still small businesses like this. It’s the backbone of society and it’s time we get back to supporting shopping local. Highly recommend Meraki For Life to anyone who wants to feel stronger, healthier, and supported.

  I was looking for a place that I could lose fat, get stronger and not reinjure my back. The coaches have instructed and repeatedly demonstrated how to do movements correctly. I went for help with my physical body and ended up being inspired to become a better person. You will not find a more knowledgeable, motivating and supportive gym community! Highly recommend Meraki!
