  I’m a 60+ woman who was terrified of the Dentist. I came in with the idea that what I was about to do was going to be the most painful thing I had ever done. To my surprise not only did the dentist and his team put me at ease but they also gave me a great smile with very little to no pain. I love my new teeth( I don’t call them dentures). I don’t take them out they are permanent, just brush them. If you need any kind of work done I highly recommend them❣️❣️❣️

  I cannot say enough good things about Twin Oaks Family Dental in O’Fallon, Missouri. Every single person there – from the receptionists up front to the assistants, hygienists, and especially Dr. Blake – is on a different level. They are some of the most amazing, heartfelt, careful, considerate, and genuinely understanding people I have ever met in my life. I have hated the dentist my entire life. I was so scared for so long that I let my teeth get absolutely wrecked rather than walk into an office. Twin Oaks Family Dental completely changed that. For the first time in my life, I am not afraid of anything there – not the bill, not the drills, not the needles, not the pokes, nothing. They have made this a one hundred percent terror‑free experience for me. They have worked with me on every single aspect of this process. There has not been one thing they haven’t tried to help me with or make easier, whether it was scheduling, treatment options, or costs. You can feel that they actually care about you as a human being, not just ‘the next patient.’ They listen, they explain, they never rush, and they treat you with real respect and compassion. Every soul in that building adds to the kindness and calm you feel when you walk in. Dr. Blake and the entire staff at Twin Oaks Family Dental have earned a patient for life. If you are scared of the dentist or you think your teeth are too far gone or you are worried about the bill, go here. They gave me my smile and my peace of mind back, and I am deeply, deeply grateful.

  The staff is very helpful and kind. They see you right away when you check in. The examination rooms are very modern, clean, and open. The imaging equipment is very modern giving you an immediate look at your teeth and gums from all different angles. The CT scan doesn’t just show the surface of the teeth but inside and throughout each tooth. I am very pleased with this dentist!

  Misinformation from location to location and mostly elderly patients who wait long periods of time after the appointment to the point a lady couldn't get out her seat without my assistance...my mother can't be seen at her Rockhill location until next month when the dentist returns and her denture broke so she has to not eat until the dentist returns...it is not ok to have seniors going between locations and the services, fees, and operations are different

  I was referred by a friend to see drFerando. He was a blessing in disguise. He is the best dentist i have ever had . His chairside manner of him and his assistant Diana was exceptional. I HAVE FOUND A NEW DENTIST. If you go to his practice I promise you will not be disappointed
