  Great gym. Very clean. I'm not sure why they decided to turn the lights out in the locker rooms. But the majority of the population can no longer see their combination locks. I had to use my phone flashlight. WHY!!! When someone cracks their temple on an open locker door, maybe they'll figure out that seeing is better than being blind in a locker room. (TURN THE LIGHTS BACK ON)

  Love this location. Shoutout to Ally for signing my daughter up and upgrading my membership before I even knew it was done. Great service and the best location

  I’ve been going to club fitness for about 5+ years and it has really went down hill with customer service! I had a horrible experience last night with a middle aged man named Mike clearly balding from self induced stress because he cannot handle situations properly. I brought my friend in last night who also has a club membership but she pays for the $30 we went to the highway k location under the impression that we would just pay for a day pass or use my rewards so we didn’t have to drive 30 minutes out of the way being it was already 7pm. Mike could not get off his high horse and when I asked him what can we do to make this work out today? He said we could leave or she could pay the $60 lol basically forcing us to upgrade her membership or walk back out the door. After I said I would like to speak to the manager I’m getting frustrated he told me “there’s the door” I laughed bc is he serious?! Then Mike proceeds to tell me HES THE MANAGER. WOW horrible de-escalation skills and SHOULD NOT be placed in charge of ANY business especially with that mentality. Clearly club fitness or “club elite” is the only business saying our customers don’t matter and they rather us take our business elsewhere than to PAY THEM FOR A DAY PASS!? All together this situation was blown out of proportion. Then Mike put the cherry on top by denying me access to use the restroom. Good job Mike everyone clap for how miserable Mikes life must be. I came back in a second time and another gentleman allowed me to use the restroom which just proved Mikes inability to have any type of good customer service and he clearly brings his baggage to work with him for everyone else to deal with. Mike I’ll pray for you I was not rude to you and clearly you don’t get any play because a grown man behaving at your stature is unacceptable. “There’s the door”

  Hate this gym not because of the entry gates that never work right, I feel like I'm entering a concentration camp just to go workout. What is with all the security? Metal detectors next?
