  This establishment, conveniently located off Route 5/Highway 40, offers a unique experience. My multiple visits have consistently presented similar observations. The chairs in the waiting area, while comfortable, appear to be in need of a thorough cleaning, as they exhibit signs of dirt and rust. The staff members are courteous, though they do not typically smile. On one occasion, a staff member utilized her personal scissors to remove my surgical dressing and subsequently returned them to her pocket without sanitizing them. During a later visit, the same situation arose, but I politely informed her that I would prefer to remove my dressing myself. My concern stemmed from the potential for cross-contamination from the previous patient whose dressing she had removed. The staff member responsible for removing my sutures inadvertently missed a few. I was able to remove two knots myself, and two weeks later, I requested Dr. L's assistance in removing the remaining ones, which he promptly did without any issue. On another early morning visit, the manager entered the premises and proceeded directly to his office without acknowledging the two receptionists who were present. The overall atmosphere feels rather subdued. I am a patient of Dr. Lombardo, who has consistently been friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile.

  I’ve had a great experience going through my surgery process with advanced non and joint. Dr. Zarkadis is a super cool dude, he did great work with my knee. Very transparent and good about feeling confident going into surgery and confident after the surgery and recovery process. I would recommend him and everyone else that has worked with me in the process of my knee surgery to all my friends and family, as well as strangers.

  After a fall landed my son in urgent care, we were referred to see an orthopedic doc. Every staff member at both the Wentzville and O’Fallon locations were super friendly and helpful, and made the experience (a first cast) for my son easy and comfortable.

  If you’re going here for a works comp claim just go somewhere else. They don’t want to bill insurance so they do the bare minimum and when you ask for Clarification they don’t give them. ALSO THE DOCTOR WAS LATE APPOINTMENT AT 1:30pm didn’t get seen until 3:00pm only to not find out anything
