    The facility is warm and welcoming from the moment you step in. Cassie is such a pleasant, happy person full of joy and contagious smiles. Stormy is very knowledgeable, and explains everything in detail. Prompt service and all around a positive experience from beginning to end and there after.

    Took my hearing aids in as one was not working. Greeted with a big smile from Cassie. She took my HAs and cleaned them In about 10 mins and brought them out ready to be worn. Talk about “making my day”!!!! So professional and with a smile and “no charge” for cleaning😮 If your needing hearing aides do not even think of going anywhere else but Miracle Ear👍

    I have received nothing but excellent service for my first visit to receiving my hearing aids today. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. Cheryl filled out all my paperwork because I have an eye disease and cannot read or write any longer. Larry explained the operation of my new age and I am really happy with his help to get me started. I'm always early on appointments and it observed both Cheryl and Larry extremely helpful on every person who watches that door.
