  I have been going here for a few months and I really appreciate them! They listen to you and are very knowledgeable. They are eager to find you a strategy that works for you. The front desk gal is always helpful and efficient. I trust Bethany and Dr Cooper!

  Would NOT recommend going to this place not only do you have to jump through hoops to get an evaluation but they hold the evaluation for ransom they call it a HIPPA fee like paying the fee is somehow going to protect your privacy anymore than if they just gave you the copy!

  I have no issues with the therapists I've seen at this facility but I can not stand the front desk secretary. She is rude, condescending, and not one bit friendly. I hope soon they get someone new or I will have to find another therapist just so I don't have to deal with her.

  The only thing I don’t like about this place SO FAR is the lady at the front desk. Rude and disrespectful. They also don’t communicate well.

  I've had the privilege of receiving care at FCC for a couple of years now, and I can confidently say that this clinic has been a life saver for me. The entire staff, from the front desk to the therapists and medical team, have created a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment that has allowed me to confront my challenges and work towards healing. The therapists and counselors are highly knowledgeable, compassionate, and experienced individuals. They've always taken the time to listen, offer guidance, and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual's unique needs. I've been impressed by their ability to balance empathy with expertise, helping me navigate complex issues and develop coping strategies. The clinic's approach to addressing physical health, mental health and substance abuse, is comprehensive and holistic. They understand the intricate relationships between these issues and provide a range of services, including individual and group therapy along with medication management. What I appreciate most about FCC is the sense of community and connection that permeates every aspect of their care. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the supportive interactions with fellow patients, I've consistently felt seen, heard, and valued.
