Overdrafted about $2,000 from my account by accepting full payments and government subsidies for child care and then tried to "credit" me the money. Took entirely too long for them to refund the money. Ill put up with everything else but thats criminal. They tried to tell me that it was difficult to refund that amount of money! Simply terrible.

Good luck if you have limited mobility (cannot do stairs, have trouble walking on a decline or incline) and need to park on the top level of the 3 levels of parking. Relatively few handicapped parking spaces. (One of the front desk folks told me they're "talking about" adding more handicapped parking.) Prepare to go home without being able to use the Y.
And though you just may want to go for a 1-hour social event, as I did, and you ask, at 10:30 a.m., to use one of the 10 empty top-level parking spaces reserved for Early Childhood pickup/drop-off, you will be told NO. They cannot possibly accommodate your handicapped self for 1 hour, because parents MUST have top-level spots to park in.
PS: I did double-park on the top level for 15 minutes waiting for someone to leave the facility from the top level parking, and two people did leave, but one got into a car parked behind me (and thus someone behind me got it) and one was parked ahead of me, but another car that decided to double-park in front of me, also awaiting a spot, got it. Neither of these people had a handicapped parking placard, BTW.

Fantastic space, clean facilities - here to meet all your fitness needs!
Toured this location and was blown away by the sheer level of amenities offered, from child care to swim lessons and zoomba classes. Call any time with questions!
Staff are highly friendly and knowledgeable - Kaylee did an amazing job going over the program offerings and was able to get me set up. Could not recommend enough!

While the folks are nice and facility is well kept my 3 star rating has to do with:
- There are classes. But, they're always full. Even when I get in they're uncomfortably packed.
- There's no code of conduct in the sauna. I imagine peace, but the ten or so times I have been in two years of $80/mth membership there's always folks willing to lay across the benches and listen to music I'd rather not. This is a rude people problem, I get that, but it'd be great if there were some rule to back me up when I say, "Hey man, you can't take the sitting room of four folks, and I don't want to hear 'What is Love' on repeat while attempting to relax."
I keep the membership hoping to get my children into lessons and such, and me into the sauna. Lessons have been full season after season. And, I must have gone to sign up for yoga 100 times with a ten percent success rate. Yet... I pay all the same.
The pool looked decent when signing up, but was an instant big time downer when got down to it. The ugly defunct rusty metal contraption that might have been fun in '99 is just yuck. And, the inability to actually swim has my children really bummed.
Is Maryland Heights just for old people and newborns, with no consideration between?
There's room for improvement.
