  Dirty bathrooms, staff dust the machines you will be working on at any point in the day just to knock dust in your eyes and not be apologetic, weights are never reorganized, kids sneak in at night and leave messes throughout the gym, there is little respect for the members. They updated to TSA level check-ins and screen their members rudely and without any social awareness for confusion to the new additions/ unwritten rules. The staff will slop mop the bathroom floors at random time just to make a muck and throw out one slip sign on the other end of the room for your surprise. During this time the floors will stay wet for at least an hour making it difficult to keep your feet dry before a lift. There is not rule on the sauna and use of essential oils that members can seem to follow. Oh don’t forget to scan into your gym twice to make sure you don’t upset the staff member that does not want to be there. If the machine breaks and turns red on you be prepared to wait to get in until they can verify on their systems.

  The gym is fine but I pay extra to use the women’s workout room. I’ve asked numerous times for them to please put something women like on the TVs, even suggested HGTV. Why am I paying so much for the bare minimum?

  Get ready to wait for 5-10 minutes to use ANY piece of strength training equipment. Frustrating when there are all these extra studios that don’t get that much use but don’t have strength training equipment. Other than that, it’s amazing—friendly staff, they keep it clean, and the kids area is on point, my kiddo loves it

  I’ve been a member of Club Fitness for about 20 years. Their bestselling feature has been having a variety of well-maintained equipment for a fair monthly price. I’ve noticed that in recent years that has gone away, in favor of upselling for a variety of “perks”. Unfortunately, those “perks” come at the expense of the basic membership. Theater cardio room = gone for an upsell AI massage room. Access to all clubs, classes, daycare = gone unless you buy a premium membership. And the one that has me considering a change in venue = blocking off 1/3 of the locker room for premium memberships. The locker room can get quite crowded during the peak of the pre-work morning,even before they did this. Now, 1/3 of the locker room is empty (no one appears to be upgrading) while the rest of the locker room is crammed with people. I get trying to upsell, but don’t do it at the cost of your loyal customers. Basic membership fees have nearly doubled in the past 10 years while taking away services from those members. And it is noticeable that customers aren’t buying into it as it is less crowded in the gym and hardly seeing anyone using these premium services. Go back to the basics…affordability and well-maintained equipment.

  -Equipment is old and barely maintained despite Club raising the price more and more. -Bathrooms are poorly maintained and the most "cleaning" they do is spraying down everything with disinfectant, and hand soap is constantly out. Their solution is to replace it with hand sanitizer instead of having enough soap on hand. -One of the employees walks around flirting with the women. I'm here 3-4 times a week and I witness it frequently. -AI "massage" is stupid and I guarantee nobody but some incompetent Exec requested the feature. -The only plus this place has is the variety of equipment, and that's about it. Avoid this place and give your money to someplace better.
