They treated her with dignity and kindness, and it was clear they cared deeply about the quality of service they provided. Their professionalism and genuine concern gave our family great peace of mind. We are sincerely grateful and highly recommend Home Instead Liberty to anyone in need of quality in-home care.

The facility did not provide enough staff to ensure of my mother’s care and safety, therefore we used Home Instead in Liberty for a Care Pro staff member 24 hours a day. While there were challenges for consistency on the Care Pros we were blessed to have Mikki consistently on days for my mother and Millie Snyder the GM worked with us to address staffing and other concerns. Millie was the utmost professional and very attentive to address anything no matter the concern or question. My mother has now left us and is greatly missed. I will be forever grateful for the year and a half that we worked with Millie. I highly recommend the Liberty Branch of Home Instead.

We have Lead Caregivers who fill in when a regular Caregiver can't make it to her/his shift.
