I went in for a routine checkup and the entire process felt like I was in a well-oiled machine, but with a caring attitude, friendly banter and at a pace I was comfortable with. They take the time to explain each step thoroughly, answering my questions along the way. Special mention to Erin, a specialist who did much of the "lifting" before I saw Dr Mitts. She had a professional attitude, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. There are many eyecare centers out there, but you don't need to look further than Northland and Dr Mitts
