- HOHaley OusleyNov 7, 20235.0I had my first appointment with Dr Timothy Smith today and I am so happy I chose this place. They are the most personable people I have met and quite the best experience I’ve had at any doctor related appointment. Both him and the secretary were wonderful and made sure I was taken care of and took his time getting everything right for me. The one negative review they have is just comical so I’m adding a 5 star review to hide his so people don’t think this isn’t a great place. Can’t wait to go back. Felt like I was family!
- GGGSPRKYJun 27, 20201.0My first & only appointment with Timothy Smith was today @10AM on Saturday June 27, 2020. Mr Smith completed my whole eye exam but refused to give me my prescription without me buying the frames through him. His secretary claims they cancelled everything & didn’t charge my insurance but they had already wasted my time. She said that due to the complexity of my prescription they felt that only the person I’m purchasing my frames from should be the ones responsible for the prescription.
