We have Lead Caregivers who fill in when a regular Caregiver can't make it to her/his shift.

Can I replace my Caregiver if it is a personality mismatch?
Yes, our goal is to create a great Client and Caregiver match so that the client enjoys his/her time with their Caregiver.
