  I would give zero stars if it would let me. Specifically for Doctor Sterner (I had to look at pictures of providers to even know his name). My 3 year old was referred here, we waited over an hour and when the doctor walked in he wouldn’t even look at us, didn’t apologize, nothing. He says “what’s the issue” then didn’t even listen to my concerns. This was the worst experience i have ever had with a doctor and highly suggest going somewhere else.

  10/10 recommend KCAA! Love coming to their LS office! Dr. Sterner, the nurse practitioner’s and the nurses really seem to care about their patients and go above and beyond to help. No complaints here!

  I’m new to the area I have called this office twice and ask for help with my insurance benefits. They do NOT offer any assistance. All I needed was as enough information to help make a financial decision on which office to be referred to. I called another local office and they were willing to help. Told me what I would be charged. The lack of customer service here has made my decision.
