  I signed up as a regular client and went twice a week for months because I was serious about addressing ongoing back pain. The team members were kind and professional, and I appreciated the care during my appointments. Things changed when I opened a new business and could no longer manage the hour-long drive each way. I informed the studio that I would need to stop coming in. By that time, I had already fulfilled my initial 90-day commitment. What I didn’t realize was that my membership charges would continue. With everything involved in launching a new store, I wasn’t reviewing my statements as closely as I normally would. When I finally did, I discovered that a significant amount — totaling thousands of dollars — had been drafted after I stopped attending. I contacted them immediately, assuming we could work toward a reasonable solution. Instead, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I also asked to speak with the owner directly but never received a return call. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you’re considering signing up, be very clear about the cancellation policy and make sure you receive written confirmation of any changes to your membership. Because of how this situation was handled, I would not recommend this location.

  ⭐ 1 Star Review – StretchLab Lee’s Summit, MO I was a committed client here, going twice a week for several months because I was genuinely trying to improve my back issues. The staff and stretchers were always friendly, and initially I had a good experience. However, after I opened a new business, the one-hour drive became impossible for me to maintain. I notified them that I would no longer be able to continue coming in. Despite being well past my original 90-day agreement, my card continued to be charged. Because I was extremely busy opening my new store, I didn’t catch it right away. When I finally reviewed my statements, I discovered thousands of dollars in additional charges had been processed. I immediately reached out, assuming this would be an easy fix. I was told there was “nothing they could do.” I asked for the owner to contact me directly, and I never received a call. I’m extremely disappointed. I would strongly caution anyone against setting up auto-pay without fully understanding how cancellation is handled. Make sure you get written confirmation if you cancel. Unfortunately, due to how this was handled, I cannot recommend this location.

  I love that StretchLab uses PNF (proprioception neuromuscular facilitation) stretching. I get way more benefit from this than I have from other assisted-stretch programs that do not use PNF. I started coming to StretchLab due to hip tightness that was causing pain with day-to-day activities. The hip pain and tightness is gone, but I have stayed because I find that weekly sessions keep me feeling generally better. All of the staff have been great, and I look forward to my session each week!

  Love this place....have been going there for a couple months now. Brook is amazing and very professional. The whole staff is great and love how I feel after a stretch. Highly recommend StretchLab!
